Catalog description

This course relates to the linking of the different theories of leadership, management, and organizational structures will be applied to nursing practice and the healthcare arena. Students will be given the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills in planning and delegating nursing care, ethical and critical decision-making through case scenarios to prepare their transition to professional leadership roles.
