Catalog description

This course is a review of the core prerequisite skills, competencies, and concepts needed in trigonometry. Intended for students who are concurrently enrolled in MATH 124. Topics include: a review of computational skills developed in intermediate algebra, factoring, operations on rational and radical expressions, solving equations and inequalities, functions including domain and range, composition and inverses, and graphing. This course is appropriate for students who are confident in their beginning algebra skills. Passing Math 347 is contingent on successfully demonstrating knowledge of transfer-level mathematical concepts covered in Math 124.
