Catalog description

This course is designed for players who have mastered the fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of baseball and seek to develop advanced-level physical and mental skills for competitive play. In addition to refining offensive and defensive skills (throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, bunting, base running, pitching, and sliding), students analyze game tactics and evaluate strategies for strengthening personal and team performance.
