Students start to retrain the body by learning proper warm-up and exercise set-up. Emphasis is on selecting effective and safe joint motions while maintaining alignment to gain the most benefit from each exercise. Flexibility, strength, posture, balance, coordination, endurance, relaxation and movement memory are enhanced as a result.
