CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE

Catalog description

Provides an opportunity for work experience in faculty-approved child development and education settings. Student, instructor, and employer will collaboratively develop a minimum of three learning objectives, which will be evaluated throughout the course. Documentation of current immunizations may be required. May be used to meet the "Classroom Experience" requirement for the Child Development Permit, but does not fulfill the "Supervised Clinical Field Experience" of the Child Development Permit or hours required for the PK-3 Credential (formerly CWE 180).
