Catalog description

Introduces the terminology, methods, and objectives for interpreting and writing about a variety of literary texts. Focuses on the distinctive features of literature, key concepts in critical theory, close reading, and the use of scholarly and critical resources to interpret texts. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in ENG102 or ENG108.
