Catalog description

The course provides a survey of historical and contemporary operations and broadcasting functions. You’ll learn how broadcasting and electronic media operate, including understanding stations, distributions methods and facilities, regulations and the FCC, networks, advertising agencires, audience ratings, and new technologies. Pre-requisite(s): ACT English score of 15 or above, Accuplacer 225 or above, SAT 420 or above or “C” or better in ENGL 1010 Concurrency: None Co-requisite(s): None
