English 2240 is an introduction to mythology and/or folklore and its role in literature and culture. English 2240 will emphasize the interpretation of assigned works, utilize analysis of the genre(s)’ form and development as well as literary, social, and cultural trends of the genre(s). Equivalent to CENL 2503 Introduction to Mythology/Folklore, Louisiana Board of Regents Statewide Common Course Matrix. Pre-requisite(s): C or Better in ENGL 1010 Concurrency: None Co-requisite(s): None
