Catalog description

This course provides instruction on the principles of DC, single and three phase AC electromagnetism and the applications towards motors, generators, and transformers. The different types of motors and their uses will be discussed. Laboratory requirements will include installing and operating various types of motors. Pre-requisite(s): SAFE 1003 , ELEC 1006 , ELEC 1106 Concurrency: ELEC 2205 Co-requisite(s): None
