Electrician Fundamentals II

Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to the National Electrical Code© and electrical print reading. The purpose, scope and structure of the NEC© will be discussed. The student will receive instruction on how to read and interpret electrical prints. Laboratory requirements will include interpreting electrical prints, calculating box fill and conduit fill requirements as per the current NEC© edition, and residential/commercial load calculations. Pre-requisite(s): None Concurrency: SAFE 1003 , ELEC 1006 Co-requisite(s): None
