Catalog description

This course teaches the techniques and procedures used in the diagnosis and repair of manual transmissions and transaxles. In addition to conventional transmissions, hybrid drive systems will be covered. The lab portion of this course will cover procedures, NATEF competencies, diagnosis and repairs of the automotive manual transmissions and transaxles. In addition to conventional manual transmissions, hybrid drive systems will be covered. Pre-requisite(s): AUTO 1704 Concurrency: AUTO 1406 AUTO 2113 Co-requisite(s): None
