Examines how and why states act as they do in their contemporary relations. Continuing factors such as power, war, ideology, and governmental organizations, and recently emerging influence including supranational organizations, multinational corporations and natural resource allocation are examined. Prerequisite: Completing or exempting Support-level ENGL.
