Management Internship

Catalog description

Under the direct supervision of a designated faculty member and organizational representative, students work within an organization (profit or non-profit) to gain workplace experience in the management arena while earning academic credit. The course requires some classroom lecture attendance as well as a minimum of 20 hours per week in the organization for eight weeks. Requires keeping a reflective journal to be turned in at the end of the semester. Only seniors are eligible to enroll in this course.
