This course develops a foundation of concepts and solutions that supports the planning, scheduling, controlling, resource allocation, and performance measurement activities required for successful completion of a project. The course includes major topics of strategy, priorities, organization, project tools and leadership. Primary class emphasis is on the project management process & the tools available to help ensure success.
