Introduction to the European Union

Catalog description

This course introduces the student to the historical origins and development of the European Union, the EU’s governing institutions, the EU’s policymaking processes, current EU policies and issues, and EU-US relations. The course also constitutes the core offering of the European Union Studies Certificate program. Prerequisite: Completing or exempting Support-level ENGL.
