Catalog description

Exploration of the nature of science, ethics in science, critical analysis, hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, peer review, and research skills define this capstone course. Students engage in an independent research project or analyze professional research papers and present their analyses orally and in writing. Prerequisites: Biology major with senior standing, BIOL 4500.
