Social Work and Trauma Informed Practice

Catalog description

This course provides an overview of the profession of generalist social work specific to trauma practice. This course explores trauma types, trauma informed practice, creating trauma informed programs, the ability to evaluate if agencies are practicing from a trauma informed perspective, and the roles and responsibilities of social workers through a global lens at the undergraduate level.
