Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to the knowledge, values, and skills necessary for social work practice in mental health settings. Students will develop a critical understanding of mental health disparities and factors impacting access to mental health interventions and resources. Special attention focuses on preparation for working on interdisciplinary treatment teams and the future direction of clinical social work practice. Note Description changed Fall 2024.
