Nonprofit Financial Management

Catalog description

This course explores how nonprofits stay financially healthy while pursuing their mission. Students will learn how to build a nonprofit budget, make sense of financial information, and use that to answer practical questions leaders face: Can we afford a new program? Are we relying too much on one funding source? What do these numbers say about sustainability?
