Catalog description

This course introduces students to the different elements of applying for grants and managing awards. Grant writing is just one element of the process of securing grant awards. The course details searching for grant opportunities, reading solicitations, writing successful applications, internal controls and compliance, program evaluation, and developing fiscal and operational documents. This course is appropriate for professionals in public, private, and nonprofit sectors who solicit and administer grants.
