This course provides an introduction into the fundamentals of semiconductor materials and the bulk growth of semiconductor materials using multiple methods. The main focus of this course is state-of-the-art fabrication and characterization methods. Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisite: PHYS 439 - Condensed Matter Physics (C)
