Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce the general principles of human physiology using a systemic approach. The course will integrate anatomy for a clearer understanding of physiologic processes. Systems that will be studied include the nervous, endocrine, muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive. It is expected that students will have completed a course in Human Anatomy and are prepared to apply material presented in this prerequisite. Prerequisites and Corequisites Prereq: ANAT 142 - Anatomy (C) , ANAT 143 - Anatomy Laboratory Coreq: PHGY 215L - Integrative Human Physiology Laboratory
