The course will provide an introductory and concise introduction to modern pharmacology, the science of how substances affect the body. Emphasis in the course will be given to the concepts and principles of pharmacology as illustrated by important drugs. Prerequisites and Corequisites Course prerequisite: PHGY 230 - Human Anatomy and Integrated Physiology II [SGR #6, HSDC] or Instructor consent
