The clinical and immersive practice experiences provide the opportunity to achieve competent nursing practice. It focuses on the synthesis and application of complex nursing concepts that impact the quality, safety, and outcomes of patients and healthcare environments. Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisites: NURS 440 - Concepts of Comprehensive Nursing III , NURS 441 - Clinical Practice Experiences III Co-Requisite: NURS 480 - Concepts of Comprehensive Nursing IV , NURS 481 - Integrating Concepts for Practice IV Note Registration restriction: Must be enrolled in the Nursing, B.S.N. or L.P.N. to B.S.N. programs at USD.
