Catalog description

This course prepares nurses with the skills and knowledge to effectively respond to and lead within complex healthcare systems. Using evidence-based methodologies, nurses will develop innovative solutions to address complex health problems and ensure optimal care. Emphasis is placed on understanding systems-based practice, organizational structures and care coordination providing safe, quality, and equitable care. Prerequisites and Corequisites Registration restriction: RN-BSN students only
