Catalog description

This course introduces the core concepts and foundational knowledge essential to nursing practice and building professional competency. It focuses on the delivery of comprehensive care for individuals, families, communities, and populations across the lifespan and in various settings. Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisite: NURS 311 , NURS 315 , NURS 312 Co-Requisite: NURS 321 , NURS 326 Must be taken concurrently with NURS 321 Note Registration restriction: Must be enrolled in the Nursing, B.S.N. or L.P.N. to B.S.N. programs at USD.
