Catalog description

Concepts and principles of pathophysiology are examined and applied to current nursing practice. Selected major health problems are investigated, including clinical manifestations, genetics and gemonics and associated pathophysiology. Prerequisites and Corequisites Pre-requisites: PHGY 220 - Human Anatomy and Integrated Physiology I [SGR #6, HSDC] and PHGY 230 - Human Anatomy and Integrated Physiology II [SGR #6, HSDC] (or equivalent) Note Registration restriction: Must be enrolled in the Nursing, B.S.N. or L.P.N. to B.S.N. programs at USD.
