Catalog description

Contemporary Ethical Leadership builds on contemporary leadership and ethical theories as they are applied in today’s fluid organizational contexts. Leadership will be examined from historical, cultural, ethical and psychological perspectives with an emphasis on the changing nature of effective ethical leadership in a dynamic business environment. Developing the ability to work with and through others in order to make effective contributions as a member of an organization will be explored through both the leader and follower perspectives. Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisites: BADM 369 - Organizational Behavior & Theory Note New course as of Fall 2013.
