This course provides a comprehensive exploration of leadership and management roles within healthcare settings. Students examine foundational leadership theories and styles, emphasizing the application of interpersonal skills to enhance effectiveness and overall outcomes. Budgeting and various performance metrics are introduced to support strategic decision-making. Students explore and apply organizational change models to real-world scenarios, developing the skills necessary to act as effective change agents in dynamic clinical environments.
