Catalog description

Cardiac emergencies are some of the most serious and common emergencies in the pre-hospital setting requiring the Paramedic candidate to become an expert in emergency cardiology. The student will take an in-depth look at the anatomy of the heart, then master ECGs and use that information to appropriately treat his or her patients. Prerequisites and Corequisites Pre-requisite: HSC 240 / HSC 240L Co-requisite: HSC 241 , HSC 241L , HSC 246
