Catalog description

This course introduces the medical side of patient ailments. Topics include Pulmonology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Allergies and Anaphylaxis, and Gastroenterology emergencies. Each of the systems will first be reviewed in the normal state. Common emergencies associated with each system will be addressed. Prerequisites and Corequisites Pre-requisite: HSC 205 Co-requisite: HSC 210, 210L, 211, 240L
