Advanced Airway Management

Catalog description

This course takes an in-depth look at the human airway anatomy. Upon completion, the student will have a thorough understanding of the knowledge and technique associated with managing a patient’s failing airway. Prerequisites and Corequisites Pre-requisite: Instructor Permission (due to need for certification requirements: BLS for healthcare provider and EMT-B certification and admission to the Sanford Paramedics Program).
