Agribusiness Financial Risk Management

Catalog description

This course examines and develops the applied risk analysis and risk management decision-making skills needed in agribusiness. Students will learn to acquire data and information from various sources to use in risk analysis and develop an understanding of managing these risks using insurance and financial derivatives such as options, forwards, and futures. Prerequisites and Corequisites Pre-requisite: BADM 310 - Business Finance (C) Note New course as of Fall 2024.
