Fundamentals of Hydrogeology

Catalog description

Designed to give a basic knowledge of hydrology, geology and hydrogeologic factors controlling occurrence, movement and use of groundwater. Case studies from South Dakota are incorporated into the content of the course to facilitate the understanding of hydrologic concepts. Prerequisites and Corequisites Course prerequisites: ESCI 101 - Dynamic Earth [SGR #6, HSDC] and MATH 114 - College Algebra (C) [SGR #5, HSDC] ; or Instructor consent.
