Catalog description
Game Theory is the study of strategic interaction, characterized by situations in which everyone’s well-being is dependent on each agent’s actions. Normal and extensive form games are analyzed and the Nash and subgame perfect equilibrium concepts are introduced. Applications to oligopolistic competition are emphasized. Prerequisites and Corequisites Course prerequisites: ECON 201 - Principles of Microeconomics (C) [SGR #3, HSDC] and ECON 202 - Principles of Macroeconomics (C) [SGR #3, HSDC]
