Economic Growth and Development surveys the major economic and non-economic problems of developing nations. Consideration is given to national and international policies for economic development. Prerequisites and Corequisites Course prerequisites: ECON 201 - Principles of Microeconomics (C) [SGR #3, HSDC] or ECON 202 - Principles of Macroeconomics (C) [SGR #3, HSDC] Note Fall 2021 ECON 201 or ECON 202 prereq. Prior both were required.
