This course explores the theoretical foundations of analytics used in supply chain management and their application through analytical tools and techniques used by supply chain professionals. The course emphasizes analytical skill development and problem-solving; it covers the full supply-chain spectrum, including assignment models, inventory control models, network models, demand planning, logistics, outsourcing, pricing, procurement, and resource acquisition.
