Catalog description

The course provides an introduction to computer programming with a focus on problem solving, algorithm development, and object-oriented programming using Java. Topics include programming with arrays, methods, files, inheritance, and polymorphism, and the Java standard libraries. Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisite: Completion of MATH 095 - Pre-College Algebra (C) ***Per Chair it is going away starting Fall 26*** or equivalent placement in mathematics.
