Catalog description

This course is an introduction to programming. An object-oriented programming paradigm is used. Topics include fundamental concepts of computer programming and software development methodology, including data types, control structures, functions, arrays, and the mechanics of programming running, testing, and debugging. This course includes a 2-hour lab-based component. This course qualifies for High School Dual Credit: HSDC Prerequisites and Corequisites Corequisite: CSC 155L - Introduction to Computer Science & Programming Laboratory [HSDC]
