An introduction to research in chemistry and biochemistry. Topics include searching for chemical information, chemical and biochemical hygiene, methods in chemical and biochemical research, data processing and analysis, research misconduct and research ethics. The department highly recommends that undergraduate students take this course before starting a faculty-led research project.
