This course introduces engineers, particularly within the biotechnology and health science sectors, to concepts of economic decision-making. Tools used to assess capital investment vs. opportunity, uncertainty, and the impact of governmental systems such as regulation and reimbursement will be presented. Note New course as of Fall 2024.
