Catalog description

This course is an introduction to the concepts, terminology, and process of new venture creation, operations and growth, as well as the introduction of entrepreneurial management practices into existing businesses. This course will assist in the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities and strategies and the role of personal factors (including creativity).
