Catalog description
Introduction to the philosophy and practice of Bayesian statistics. Statistical methods from simple regression models through generalized linear multilevel models are studied from a Bayesian perspective. Emphasis is placed on building understanding through computational approaches using examples and simulation exercises. Prerequisites: MATH 125 , STAT 482 , and STAT 414 or STAT 415 .
