This is a course in the principles of electricity and magnetism, with applications to dielectric and magnetic materials. Topics include the development of Maxwell’s equations, and applications. Prerequisites: ( PHYS 209 or PHYS 213 ), MATH 225 and MATH 321 . Notes: Spring.
