Catalog description

This course introduces the role of nutritional intervention in pathological conditions. Students will demonstrate the ability to screen for nutritional risk, collect data for nutritional assessment and calculate and/or define diets for common conditions. Prerequisites: NUTR 322 and NUTR 422 .
