The study of red blood cell antigens and their antibodies, including blood grouping and typing, antibody detection and compatibility testing, blood donor screening and component preparation, immunologically related diseases, transplantation, and principles of antigen-antibody based tests. Prerequisites: MLS 403 or equivalent. Registration Restriction: MLS professional program acceptance required.
