Catalog description
This course is designed to develop an understanding of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. It involves integrating all functional areas of business, analyzing the environment in which the firm operates, and choosing strategies that enable the firm to meet its objectives. Prerequisites: FIN 310 , BLAW 350 , MKTG 370 , and ( MGMT 360 or BADM 369).
