Symptom Management in Serious Illness

This course examines evidence-based approaches to symptom management for individuals with serious illness receiving palliative and hospice care. Emphasizing a holistic, patient-centered framework, learners will explore pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies while working collaboratively across healthcare disciplines to enhance comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Prerequisites: HSC 311 .
