The Design Challenge is an opportunity for students to identify and propose solutions to a local problem. The course emphasizes design thinking, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration applied to solutions for issues affecting local communities. Understanding the interrelationships and complexities of multi-faceted problems is central to each project.
