Catalog description

Students in this course will examine leadership principles and skills associated with change. Content will focus on reasons for change, initiating change, and barriers to change in the context of leadership. Students will investigate their own leadership style and learn how to leverage partnerships and transdisciplinary approaches when faced with change.
